RECONTOURING OF THE GUMS
Sometimes the natural contours of the gums are uneven and unsymmetrical producing an anaesthetic smile. With cosmetic dentistry, using our Picasso laser device these gums are recontoured to make them look more symmetrical, natural and aesthetically pleasing.

DEPIGMENTATION OF GUMS
Black and brown pigments are occasionally present on gums. Such pigments are removed to produce natural and pink aesthetic gums by using our Picasso Laser device.

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT
WHY AND WHEN ARE ROOT CANAL TREATMENTS REQUIRED?
Decay of the teeth (cavities) if left untreated, generally progress and gradually destroy a significant portion of the tooth before reaching the 'pulp' of the tooth. The pulp of the tooth is a thin soft tissue present in the tooth canals consisting of mainly nerves and blood vessels.
Once this infection reaches the pulp it gives rise to a common 'dental pain'. At this stage the tooth can only be saved by performing a root canal treatment. We use the latest equipment during Endodontic treatment to ensure successful root canal therapy.
WHAT IS A ROOT CANAL TREATMENT?
In simple terms, root canal treatment is the removal of the infected soft tissue within the tooth and it’s replaced by an artificial inner 'filling' material. This procedure basically saves the tooth and eliminates dental pain.

They also help in the accurate evaluation of critical structures like nerves, roots, sinus etc., thereby eliminating any chances of failure occurring due to misdiagnoses and the risk of unforeseen injury to any important structures.

3D CBCT Scan full line are the latest addition in the world of dentistry, they have transformed the implant technology by leaps and bounds. For accurate planning and the placements of implants it is important that these machines are present.

WE use state-of-the-art radiographs by CARESTREAM. This device performs the highest quality peri apical and panoramic images of teeth, CT and micro-CT scans. Pictures taken in our radiology clinic are guarantee the highest image quality at the smallest radiation dose.
PANORAMIC X-RAYS
The so-called panorama is the basic image used for diagnosis in dental treatment. The special design of the device used at Integrated dental holdings guarantees that the radiation dose is minimal. In addition, the device has a special reduced radiation programme for children. Panoramic images of teeth taken in the our clinic are of very high quality. The results are available immediately and the patient may receive them either in print or on a CD.
CBCT 3D SCANS
Computer tomography examination produces three-dimensional images of the upper jaw and mandible in order to assess their condition. CT scans are usually used before implantation and bone regeneration.

Computed tomography is a completely painless and non-invasive examination.
​
The result is available within a few minutes Micro-CT imaging may be considered as a three-dimensional equivalent of periapical X-ray. It is most often used during complicated endodontic treatment (root canal treatment).
ZIRCONIUM CROWNS AND BRIDGES
In cases where implants are contraindicated, bridges (which are a number of units of crowns attached to one another) are used for the replacement of teeth. Artificial tints are deliberately incorporated in the ceramic to match the natural shade transitions of the adjacent teeth.
As a result, all crowns and bridges (artificial teeth) at our practice are closely resemble natural teeth and do not give a 'fake' appearance.
BRIDGES:

In cases where implants are contraindicated, bridges (which are a number of units of crowns attached to one another) are used for the replacement of natural teeth. Artificial tints are deliberately incorporated in the ceramic to match the natural shade transitions of the adjacent teeth and are produced in our in house dental laboratory.

As a result, all crowns and bridges (artificial teeth) at our practice are closely resemble natural teeth and to produce a more natural appearance.

REPLACEMENT OF 'BLACK - LINE' CROWNS /
ARTIFICIAL LOOKING CROWNS:
​
In the older generation of crowns used for the anterior teeth were mostly ceramic fused to metal crowns, with a metal base coated by ceramic. One of the major drawback of such crowns is the unsightly black metal line seen along the border of the crown along with a mild metallic tint to the overall crown. At our practice, only metal-free ceramic crowns, either full ceramic crowns, zirconium crowns, or porcelain layered zirconium crowns, are used for all anterior teeth. In such crowns, not only does the metal appearance and black lines disappear but also, in combination with the right tints and translucencies are made to look like real natural teeth and blend beautifully with the adjacent teeth. In fact, it becomes almost impossible to distinguish cosmetic dentistry from a natural tooth.
